If we can’t deliver your item or you don’t collect it, we hold on to items at the Parcelforce Worldwide depot for 18 days for all UK services or 21 days for international services and customs charge items.
After this time, we’ll see if there’s a return address on the item. If there is, we’ll return it to the sender.
If there is no return address, we will keep HM Forces parcels at our parcel recovery centre for 120 days before disposing of them.
