We aim to deliver to UK zones 1-3 by 6pm every working day (Monday to Friday) with exceptions for remote areas with limited transport links such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, for more information on postcode exception. Where a delivery is expected on a Saturday we will aim to deliver by 6pm also.
Whilst our aim is to meet these times wherever possible, there may be slight delays in some extreme circumstances, e.g. traffic delays or adverse weather. Please check our Service Updates to see if there are known issues in your area.
We don't usually deliver on bank public and local holidays. Our public holidays details when and where our deliveries will be affected.
