Compensation, terms and conditions
Delivery time is guaranteed when you send for the next morning. If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the stated time, we’ll refund 100% of the delivery cost. Up to £150 compensation cover as standard for loss or damage is included. If you wish, you can take out further compensation cover.
