Still waiting to migrate your account?
We're retaining a few features from your old Parcelforce Worldwide account area in case you need to access them.
From 11th August 2025, Parcelforce and Royal Mail will start a new future together, combining our networks to handle all parcel sizes more efficiently. As result, customers can begin using a new account area on the Royal Mail website to manage their deliveries.
However, we realise Parcelforce customers may still require access to their old Parcelforce Worldwide account area to review their dashboard and retrieve archived reports and invoices. We're therefore retaining access to the old Parcelforce account area for a limited period for customers who still need to use old account features. Find out what you can still access below.
