From Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) to Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP) or Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), we’ll help you find the Delivery Terms that work best for your business needs.

What is Import One Stop Shop (IOSS)?
- This is a simplified VAT reporting service for items up to €150, which can help you begin to or continue trading from GB into the EU.
- There are a variety of IOSS solutions available to suit the size and nature of your business, helping you to provide a smooth customer delivery experience.
- You can register yourself, or there are a number of third-party options available to assist you.
What is Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP)?
- If IOSS isn’t for you, or you’re sending items over €150, our DTP service is a great option.
- Our overseas delivery partners make the customs declaration using the recipient as the importer of record, and bills the import VAT and duties back to you via Parcelforce Worldwide.
- DTP is also suitable for both Business to Consumer and Business to Business transactions.
What is Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)?
- If you’d prefer to let your recipient take control and manage the duties and taxes, this option may be suitable.
- DDU allows the recipient to be the importer and account for import VAT where applicable, making this is a good solution for B2B and B2C.
- You should let the recipient know they will be responsible for these costs to prevent returns.
